This training provides a brief overview of Titles 1 and 2 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which allow people with disabilities equal access to DC Government employment opportunities, as well as all government programs, benefits, and services.  It also addresses the importance of person-first language, basic etiquette, the role of service animals under the ADA, and proper provision for effectively communicating with people with disabilities.
